Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Certain items (personalized/customized products, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable) are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
